1. I recently spent a wonderful weekend in London staying at the smart, Millennium Gloucester Hotel in South Kensington. You can read my review of the hotel, which I loved, on the Boutique Travel Blog but I’d also like to show you more about this lovely area of London itself. My photos will tell the story better than my words can…

We enjoyed drooling over the lovely cars at Hexagon Classic’s
showroom in Reece Mews.

Londons farmers Market, Bute Street

One of London’s Farmers’ Markets, Bute Street

Quite by chance we stumbled upon one of London’s Farmer’s Markets held every Saturday from 9am to 2pm on Bute Street, a great place to pick up some delicious treats for a picnic in nearby Hyde Park.
Check out their website for details of others held around the city.

Best London Museum, Natural Hstory Museum

The stunning Natural History Museum, which I wrote about last week,
as well as the Victoria and Albert Museum, are just a short walk away.

All this on the doorstep of our lovely hotel, the Millennium Gloucester, which I’d certainly recommend. Not only is the hotel itself very smart and stylish, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and it’s in a lovely area of London with many of the city’s attractions, such as the Natural History Museum just minutes away.
